This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use ChronoLines software application for mobile devices. Your privacy is important to us. It is Studio 381b’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our application. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

User Provided Information

ChronoLines users have the ability to share contents across different user devices and app installations using a third party cloud-based storage service. Data are stored encrypted and transferred using HTTPS protocol. In order to use this optional service you have to sign-in to the remote platform providing an email address in conjunction with a password or giving the application access to your google account information. Third party services used are Firebase Authentication, Firebase Store and Firebase Realtime Database. Firebase Services Privacy Policy is available here.

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete User Provided data that you have provided via the application, please contact us at studio.381b@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our application, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics.

Analytics

We use third party services to collect, store and process information in order to understand how the application is being used. We use analytics services such as Firebase Analytics to help analyze how users use the application. These analytics use cookies and other technological methods to collect and store information such as how often users sign-in to the remote storage service to share contents and what features they use. Advertising

We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the application which helps us keep the application free. Advertisers and advertising networks may collect and use various Personal Information including, but not limited to, advertisement identifiers and IP address. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information in order to serve anonymous targeted advertising on the application.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

ChronoLines does not use “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
